Hi, i was trying to use your code but I keep geting this error " AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'shape' ", in line 103 inside split_main_image() function...any guess why i get this?

Please can you help Sarath, I have installed latest Python and both Libraries as your video taught me well, unless I am missing something I then do the following

CMD to get a command box
then I type in the following

photomosaic_generator.py and press enter
it then shows a blank line and the command prompt but nothing else

an I missing something please, would love to get this working, thank you sir
