Something that no one is mentioning is that if you're using the workout settings for cycling or running you need to review your Location Services and make sure the ones you need to track data are active. On your phone go to: System Prefs.>Privacy & Security>Location Services (turn them on)>scroll all the way down to System Services and turn on>motion calibration & distance. Now all metrics are turned on for cycling and running activities.

Another tip turn theatre mode on at night to save on battery life as screen will stay off when asleep

So I have the blue divers band and I have to say, maybe because it’s new but that metal loop holder doesn’t do the job. I would’ve preferred silicone - design flaw in my book. Also bought the orange one, jury is still out on that one. Luckily ALL my old bands from my 5 fit perfectly. Loving my Ultra!!
