This is not climate change. This flooding was made worse by failure to dredge the raritan river, and the Army Corps of Engineers erecting floodwalls one town downriver, but refusing to do the same for Manville- despite those floodwalls causing the river to back up in the adjacent towns. Manville was left for dead by the ACoE back in 2016.
