I got to meet Judge around 2000 when he came into the bookstore I worked at in Van Nuys, CA. I told him this scene was a big inspiration for me wanting to learn the drums. I’m sure he was used to getting all sorts of compliments about his movies, but he appeared appreciative when I told him this.
