This base model is available for $32K plus tax in Lubbock, TX, would you consider it a good deal ?

Does the base only come with the bench seat (3 seats) in the second row? Or does it also have a captains chair option?

The big con to me is I can't get it the way I want it to look on the outside and inside without going up 2/3 of trim ladder. I don't like the useless black plastic everywhere on the outside and almost uninterrupted black on the inside. They want $800 for the accessory HomeLink mirror as well, which is among the highest ask prices for this item. The pro is the price for this trim level. But, the last time I tried with the local dealer (which was late last year on a CX-50 Turbo) they refused to offer any reduction from MSRP outside of $200 because I was patient. If 8% is possible, I've never seen it advertised in my region.
