Turning in 10 essences is a guaranteed 3/3 or 3/4 item.

Why 99% of people only speak about getting those essences through Terror Rifts?
If your platinum income can cover it, you can just get them off the market, their maximum price is 400plat but, at least on my market, people just try to undercut others and they get cheap enough to buy and save the time I'd use farming them.

I just sell my terror essence for plat as i realised that i can farm non eternal gear for free.
