Are there any sites outside of, you know, LinkedIn or Indeed that students might not know about?

There are a lot of sites out there. There's ones that are specific to DNI. Specific to tech jobs, specific to HR jobs. But one thing I would really encourage someone to do is to let their network know that they're looking, because one of the most powerful things is a referral. So I would say, you know, letting your friends, your family, your mentors, your coworkers, you know, let them know that you're looking because I think word of mouth is even them in a remote world can be really, really powerful.

I would agree with Megan on that one. Personally, I got my two jobs based on referrals, so I think it's always the best. The Golden key, perhaps. But, of course, apart from those, I would say continuously checking career pages. For now, there are a lot going on in the social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook and even TikTok nowadays. So it's just important that, you know, you look through all those platforms to hopefully get an opportunity.
