My dad earned two masters degrees in mathematics, was a high school math teacher, then was recruited by the government to be a statistician in D.C. This is exactly how I felt when I couldn't do my math homework and he was standing over me!

I relate to this with my dad too. And this also reminds me of trying to get my grandma to help me with my spelling as a kid but she didn't get very much schooling for all that so we taught eachother a lot. My grandma is better at spelling now because of me. Not so difficult to talk to her haha

My grandpa worked at NASA and was naturally gifted at math. He literally wrote a book of formulas that is in the library of congress. Anyways, my mom sucked at math when she was a kid, so when he would try to teach her math this would be the exact scene.
