be very careful when separating the LCD connector cable - in the video theirs is loose already and they make it look easy - there are some very delicate connectors inside which you will damage!!!

Hi, I’ve changed the lcd in an used Apple Watch 4. The lcd works fine but no sounds from the watch now. No alarm and no sound at all. Have I broken something?

For those of you asking where to buy the screen, I wouldn't recommend even working on your watch. The link is clearly in the video and in the description and if you can't even follow that I don't know how you expect to follow these directions.

Wouldn't it be more secure to use on of those small plastic businesses cards instead of a knife or does this screen stuck so hard to the case?

I had a tiny scratch on the edge and it cracked a few months from the heat from sunlight when I had my arm next to the car window - like a winshield cracking.
