My grandmother was the one who inspired me to knit after she would knit us grandkids slippers, hats, and mittens. She unfortunately doesn't remember the exact pattern for the slippers since they were made almost twenty years ago. I enjoyed seeing your pattern because it looks almost exactly like the pattern she used and it made me smile at the memory.
