Since you have been building throttle levers and Overhead panels, You should create your own Landing Gear Lever/Panel with the three LED (Red and Green)... I think you could make something real nice.

you can set it up trough FSUIPC or FSX menu like i did but for the flaps and sopiler lever go to FSX menu axis and set reverse for both and the sensitivity should be at max for every axis with no dead zone.I don`t know if i will find some free time to make a tutorial because to set it up it`s pretty easy

You could experiment with using a switch and just connecting a lever to it. then just set the switch function to Landing Gear in the flight simulator.

Not sure what interface you are using, but i have used the 2040 chip from Desktop aviator in the past and that was real easy to program.

just today i was talkin and asking around but it will be quite challange for me since i`m no electronic wizz since the landing gear has to sync with the sim.i will look forward into this project

Only the quadrant with that comes with the yoke has minidin connection the separate one has USB

some sort of PVC don`t know how it`s called in english but very light weight and easy to work with except painting part

i used adesive trasparent A4 paper that i bought from ebay for 3eur per sheet
