The way this album grows on you on multiple listens is absolutely crazy.

I give Hayley Williams full legal possession of my soul

Liar is about Taylor York. It’s Hailey talking about how she was afraid to admit that she was in love with Taylor.

I'm genuinely so happy that you're reacting to this album. It really is a fantastic project.

Paramore has been my favourite band since around 2011 (I was 12 years old) and it's so crazy how I'm still into them

Paramore is professional when it comes to make no skip albuns. This Is Why there's no place for bad songs.

Big Man, Little Dignity didn’t hit for me on first listen and now it’s probably in my top two. A splendid track all around.

I also feel like Liar is about her relationship with Taylor York. There’s a line about being in denial about something so crystal clear. Crystal Clear is a song Hayley wrote specifically about falling in love with him. He also produced that album (Petals for Armor) with her. If you haven’t listened to it, give it a go some time. Hayley is a fantastic song writer.

The quiet part of Big Man/Little Dignity is one of my favorite moments just because Haley’s vocal melody is so pretty. Hopefully it is a favorite on future listens like you hypothesized

the indie-fication of Paramore is honestly such an amazing character arc. The way they've overcome all those obstacles and matured to become the band they're now... Just so awesome.

Crave is literally my favourite song of the album 😂

Out of all the big pop punk bands Paramore is far and away the best at giving a true “album” experience top to bottom enjoyable listen

The News is my newest favorite song. All of the lyrcics are so perfectly crafted. It depicts that sort of second-hand desperation perfectly. Especially the “I feel useless behind this computer, ” and really emphasizing what is going on around us as we sit safe inside, trying to shut it off, but _it won’t go away._ It’s going on constantly, no matter how much we try to block it out.

Definitely a banger album imo one of the best albums of the year so far

My Top 3:
1. Figure 8
2. Crave
3. Big Man, Little Dignity

I love this album, by how fresh and interesting the tracks are. Hayley's vocal range and ability is beyond so good been a fan ever since Brand New Eyes.

I definitely get wanting more punch to the guitars but I definitely think it's a conscious choice. I know it's a bit of a cliche, but I think they're definitely going for a Bloc Party type vibe where the guitars contribute more to the dancey sound than to be roaring.

A no-skip album for me. Had it on repeat all day. Their first 4 albums will always be my favourite but I definitely prefer this one over After Laughter. 'Running out of time' is my new anthem for my chronically late ass 😂

Paramore just spits the facts of what we are experiencing. She captures her audiences feeling and is too relatable all while sounding bomb

After Laughter is still my favorite album overall, but I've grown with Paramore and enjoyed every single one of their albums (Petals for Armor included), love seeing them evolve over time and touch on topics that are ever so present in our daily lives while trying new things, without sacrificing their old sound
