I have the same question- Can't I use the cutter at the same time? Seems like this was possible on Cameo 3? Is this a downgrade?

I have tried everything but my pens are NOT working. They write when I do so manually on a piece of paper. I have checked the settings, and increased the force to 30! It will work if I am pushing down on it while it is moving in the machine. I can't seem to find my answer, so if you can help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Do you have to buy new sketch pins or can we use the ones already purchased ?

The machine trails a long line to where the pen starts sketching. 😒If I set it for a thinner paper then the pen doesn't draw everywhere. So disappointing as I just received a whole set of pens for my birthday 😢
