Things to Do in Tokyo! | Day 1: Asakusa, Skytree & Kid's Sauna

Things to do in Tokyo with your family? I got you covered! We (3 adults & 1 toddler) all take a little excursion to Tokyo and show you what activities are fun for all ages. In Day 1 of this series, we went to Asakusa and Solamachi Skytree. Coming up will be our trip to Tokyo DisneyResort and more downtown Tokyo adventures. Details on where we went:

Kaminarimon- get off Asakusa train station and follow exits for Kaminarimon. After passing through the beautiful gates, there are countless vendors the stretch all the way to the shrine. It is a huge tourist destination so there will be crowds.

We are going to Tokyo this June. We need to know which places are good for our grand daughter (11) and grandson (9). I hope we can get tickets for Ghibli Museum in Mitaka city. Definitely Sky Tree and Soramichi are on the schedule.

Thinking if I should bring a stroller when taking my kids to Japan (2 adults + 1 child + 1 toddler)... I'd hate having to carry my son (in a stroller) up and down the stairs everytime we enter / exit a station...
