Why is the silver fish getting out of the farm where the hole is at when the snow golm is shooting a snow ball.???

I have a problem where the snow golems hit the silverfish and then it crawls through the hole and kills my snow golems. Is this because i only have 1 trident? Is there any easy way to fix this without getting any more?

When I push the button for the potion of infestation to dispense, it just falls out from the water and nothing spawns! What do I do?! Do I have to use multiple potions at once cus I only have 3 at the moment?

The snow golems eventually sync up with eachother and it makes silverfish escape out the back is there any way to stop this?

the snow golems shoot one snowball when you go out of a chunk and after a while. how do you fix that? im on bedrock mobile 1.21.60

Also, the zombie got out of the trapdoor for no reason after the first few tries of the farm. It worked for the first 5 times but the zombie got out after the last trial.
