The bowl is so small but you put so many pepper and chili with chili oil so it became so spicy as you said. Put the condiments depending on the size of food bowl. Likewise there's already flavor so taste first what condiments you still want added.

Damn, I miss that. The places I go through after work don't have that anymore since COVID. Also, it's been a while since I ate Pares/Mami with the free garnish. Mostly just soy sauce and chili oil, no more fried garlic or chopped spring onions.
