I have a small crtiticism and I am sorry .... I know you are working very hard and want me to learn the best way.

One great thing you did was identify what went wrong and how you fixed it!
This is the most helpful way for me to learn.
That and step by step.

I look to tutorials to figure out the labyrynth.

It is all very easy after I know it, a confusing labyrunth before.
We need step by step accurate processes.

A couple of suggestions from a tutorial and learning aspect:
1. The screen you are showing was very difficult to see.

2. Assumtions like (you can look in documentations etc) should not be made.

I know this just scratched the surface and i am excited for more detailed and accurate trotrials as part of the knowledge base.

When I use the chat feature it seems to randomly choose one person to send the chat to… do you know how everyone can just chat the entire list of people signed up for the course?

I have an issue, I have set the course access settings of my different groups to drip feed a certain amount of days after enrollment, yet when a use enrolls into a different group, they have access to that content up to the same point as the previous group or the courses in the new group instead. Example: The subscriber has been enrolled in group 1 for 20 days, enrolls into another group and has access for that content up to 20 days instead of starting again at only having access to the first lesson and then access to new lessons every 2 days. Why is this happening?

If this was a live webinar recorded and repurposed as a tutorial - I sternly urge you to just record a succinct tutorial. The missteps and redirects are distracting and lengthen the whole video. I recommend you build this type of information as a deliberate learning module, with topical agenda and a transcript for efficient. I'm 13 mins in before I got to the actual creation of a group...

Page Expired" halfway down.

Can Quizzes be created by Group Leaders and apply only to the members of that group, so that one Course will be available for every user but Quizzes customized by Group Leaders only for the members of his/her group?

The idea is that Content will be the same for everyone, but Group Leaders make their own Quizzes according to his/her standard.

First of all, great webinar. However the LD Stripe integration fails with recurring payments, and throws the following error: "Missing required param: interval. Please contact website administrator." I have followed LD documentation to a t and have all keys and webhook correctly set. Error only occurs with "recurring" payments, a regular single charge works fine.

I implemented this great option however when a student enrolls in a single course they are automatically enrolled in all courses in the group. Then have to go manually and remove the other courses from the user tab. I did figure out what is causing this.

Does the Uncanny Groups plugin work well with this update? I am having trouble with creating and managing group hierarchies. We dont have an online payment/subscription model because we offer our courses exclusively to clients that purchase other training software from our company. So, its a purely admin- & group leader-based user registration. In this case, how do I go about setting up groups and giving group leaders the option to create their own sub-groups where they can add users, allocate different courses to different users, etc.?
