You are my hero today. I now have wifi again on my laptop. I stayed in a hotel yesterday and connected to the hotel wifi, and when I arrived home last night, my laptop would not connect for a few seconds, then disconnected. It was driving me crazy. All my other laptops were fine, so I knew it was something to do with the hotel's wifi connection. Luckily I found this video, and resetting the DNS did the trick. Thank you so much!

Hi! I was having Wi-Fi issues so I began the search im finding a solution to the issue. Im extremely glad I watched this video as it was very easy to understand and included simple instructions that fixed the issue. I recommend this video to anyone who is needing a solution to their internet problem. I really like that he gave multiple options to increase the chances of gaining Wi-Fi access. The first option didn’t work so I followed his second option and it worked immediately. I saved the video for future use in case I experience this problem again.
