IKEA Southeast Asia reduces food waste by 50%

We introduced a Waste Watcher program in our IKEA Restaurants across Southeast Asia in 2018. IKEA Kitchen Managers made sure every bit of wasted food was weighed and then came up with action plans to improve production routines – from food storage and preparation to meal planning and cooking.
