You should link an instructional video on the G+ "take a tour page", especially since circles are the most intimidating thing to learn from new users. I have to say i'm pretty impressed with G+, but you'll have to really reduce those understanding barriers to steal the FB audience.

My speakers are not working on my PC.  On Tuesday 24th of March 2015 my first Great Grandchild was born from my very first grandchild.  They live in Florida and I live in Ohio.   I am not computer savvy and I don't know how to download pictures from Facebook so I can put them on my phone   My phone is only an LG and I don't know much about  Can anyone help me!!!!
