Office Building Kifisias 268 by GDM Assets

Η GDM Assets ολοκλήρωσε την κατασκευή του εμβληματικού Office Building Kifisias 268 για την Brook Lane Capital.

Το συγκρότημα γραφείων επί της λεωφόρου Κηφισίας αναβαθμίστηκε πλήρως και μετατράπηκε σε ένα σύγχρονο, βιοκλιματικό κτίριο υψηλών προδιαγραφών και ιδιαίτερης αρχιτεκτονικής. Οι εργασίες της GDM Assets στο κτίριο άνω των 6.000τ.μ., συμπεριέλαβαν εκτενείς επεμβάσεις για την πλήρη ανακαίνιση της όψης σχεδιασμένη από την ΑΕΤΕR, και αναβάθμιση των εσωτερικών κοινόχρηστων χώρων.

GDM Assets has successfully completed the construction of the iconic Office Building Kifisias 268 for Brook Lane Capital.

This office complex has been fully upgraded into a modern, bioclimatic building of high standards and exceptional architectural design. GDM Assets' work on the building, which spans over 6,000 sq.m., included extensive renovations of the façade, designed by AETER, as well as upgrades to the internal common areas.
