IF anyone could pull this off it was always and ONLY gonna be you Waiting for Apollo to bring a hybrid Scooter / Jetski / Hovercraft to market (That is my dream Scooter) How cool would that be! One minute on the street next floating and gliding over water. Deploying the airbags upon approach to water whilst the wheels fold away then opposite as the rider comes back on to 'EARTH' (See what I did there!) Dreams are free I guess
