I get what you're saying, but the best plan will depend on the coverage you get, even if it's free it will do no good if you can't connect to it.

Who's here after the Sprint and T-mobile merger?

Switched to metro three months ago. Best move I ever made. Bill went from 220 to 80

What’s the point in having “The best” unlimited data plan when the connections of the providers are complete and utter shit?

I’m on Cricket very similar to Metro except works better in my rural area. 4 lines $100 a month fees included.

I have Metro and I LOVE it except when i need a knew phone. I've been with them for 6yrs at least. Can I get a decent deal on a GOOD phone

I.know someone who had metro and switched to tmobile because tmobile postpaid customers get priority of all bandwidth so metro will not have same quality of service.

I've had VZ, T, and T-Mobile. Always come back to Verizon because the service coverage on the others SUCKS. Was on a bus tour of the American West (National Parks). Over 40 people on the bus, I was the only one with ATT cellular. ALL the other travelers were on Verizon and never lost the signal. I never even GOT a signal. In my experience, anyone who ever leaves home either uses Verizon or goes without cell coverage. It's worth the cost.

Good job! Somebody really needs to call AT&T out ! that’s who I have. I live and work in the Permian basin. Which is West Texas. Sometimes my wonderful iPhone 11 becomes a very expensive paperweight.

I pay $45 a month with AT&T prepaid. I buy my phones outright from Apple and then I just use a prepaid service. With auto billing it takes the unlimited everything price of $65 and drops it by $20. Had this plan for a couple years now and I’m very satisfied.

Verizon is the best I picked up Verizon when I was out in the middle a Puget Sound on my way to the islands San Juan and I still got service

Great info, Matt. My biggest beef with all of these plans is using the term "unlimited". Once you reach the cap, you're technically allowed to download more, but the amount of data is limited by slow transfer speeds.

Cricket has/had a promo if you port your number to Cricket, but bring your own phone, you get the unlimited plan for only 40 bucks a month. Yes Cricket isn't as fast as the others, but it's at&t reliable and for only 40 bucks a month that's a great deal.

I can only use 2 carriers where I live Verizon and AT&T if you want signal. Verizon is the best for it's coverage very very few places I loose signal the low low valleys.

I'd love home internet options. Something that doesn't require bundling to make it affordable would be wonderful!

Matt, I used Walmart's smart talk for years-- which includes taxes and fees, unlimited data and texting, uses everyone's towers(Verizon and att) For less than $50./month. I've never had a dropped call, no extra charges in Canada or Mexico.

I have T-Mobile One Plus Global, it's $95 a month. Unlimited data at 4G LTE speeds, no caps, no throttling.
I run all my home devices off my hotspot on my iphone 8 plus. I average 60 to 70 mbps download during busy hours with ping at 40 ms.
I live in Kalamazoo, MI, the iphone itself connects to the Detroit T-Mobile server and their software makes my hotspot connect to the
Chicago server. 🤓

Switched from a shared plan to an unlimited plan and added a few lines and got the iphone 8 plus this past october to this day, i haven't been getting the credits for the one line and they have the phones under the wrong number on my plan.i have called support multiple times and they all said "we see the issues and we are going to fill out a form and get this corrected".But to this day nothing has changed. How can i this issue resolved? i really don't want to keep calling suport because nothing is happening.Any advice would help.
