i think i could help with that. People in PMAs(Private Membership Association) can do anything they want without government regulation(as long as its not injuring anyone), so if we just create a PMA, and only serve members with private banking, private vaults, private loans etc. amish do it, jews do it, many other communities do it and we can grow into actual physical new cities away from rulers mega smart cities
