Discover Edible Weeds in Australia with @chefmattstone.

Creeping Woodsorrel (Oxalis corniculata): Known for its tangy, citrus-like flavour, the leaves, flowers, and stems can be eaten raw in salads or added to soups for a zesty kick.

Wild Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare): Both the feathery leaves and seeds are edible, with the leaves adding a fresh, anise-like flavour to salads, while the seeds are perfect for teas or seasoning.

Onion Weed (Nothoscordum borbonicum): This invasive yet edible plant has mild, onion-like leaves and bulbs that can be used in salads, soups, and stir-fries.

And remember even with the expertise and books/pictures for reference plants can be very hard to identify so be cautious when foraging for your own greens

The local council are not allowed to spray on the water ways but they do it anyway pretending to kill the fire ants!

not Really you always have run off when it rains so you still have to look out for your wild greens having pesticides on them.
