Machining a 6 sided die with a Taig 2019

Machined a 6 sided die using a 2mm bullnose endmill for the dots and using jaws that I made specially for holding this. The die is made of 6061-T6 aluminum stock milled to 16mm square. Next project is going to be doing these in titanium or something harder, possibly having these anodized or doing it myself before the holes are put on so that there is some contrast and the surface won't scratch and dent so easily. Stay tuned and I'll do a more in depth walk through of making a full set of gamers dice. Also there is a #2 side, but to keep everything balanced, I've put one dot inside of the other, so it's a little hard to see in the video. via YouTube Capture
