Jenny forgot to mention "Now that you've become a millionaire, I'm ready to be with you."

It’s funny how certain popular films make you go “wait…” when you really think about them. Another one that comes to mind is Titanic…where Rose reunited in the afterlife with a guy she knew for a couple days as a teenager instead of the man she married and had a kid with 😂

I still argue Jenny was the greatest movie villain of all time. Also, no way that kid is Forrest's.

The only silver lining about the Jenny situation is that Forrest would be able to ensure her son never turned out to be an absolute trainwreck like she was. Probably the only good thing she ever did in her life was give her son to that absolute gem of a man.

When I watched the movie for the first time, I thought that it was pretty romantic, tender, and sweet how Forrest was keeping his love and loyalty for Jenny despite the years, not seeing each other for a long time, and her own personal issues. And that in the end, he finally got her and shown that he was the one for her.

Now I see things different: in reality she couldn't see him as a good suitor because he was mentally challenged; he just loved a shadow; and if she decided to finally married him it was because she was going to die and she needed someone who could give her child financial security.

Ironically Jenny said to Forest that she wanted to do something bigger in life when he said he wanted to be with her, implying she thought his low IQ wouldn't get him anywhere.

Watching Forest Gump as a loved it. As an adult I can't stand Jenny. Who knows who the kid's father is and she took advantage of a mentally challanged man. She only wanted to be with Forest when he got rich. She was a gold digger and who knows how many men she did it with.
Edit: NEVER expected this comment to get thousands of thumbs up. Also beware below there's a comment war over Jenny.

The more you rewatch the movie, the harder it is to like Jenny. She not only treated the one guy in her life that loved her like crap, she did it because she knew that he didn't have the mental capacity to understand what was being done to him. Any other guy would be like WTF Jenny, you think you can just come in and out of my life whenever you please and I'll be here for you every time? She was all kinds of wrong.

I like how it cuts to Stewie after Forrest says Aids Baby.

You know I'm in my twenties and I only now realized what she meant when she said "I'm gonna go run a train with this group of black panthers I just met".

According to Winston Groom, author of the original novel, the disease she had was actually hepatitis C.

It was never confirmed it was AIDS, however the chances are pretty high, she ran a whole train station during the movie.

Trauma doesn't excuse her behavior.

This movie was already sad, it's almost a dark comedy when you watch it grown.

Forrest Gump. In the friend zone for longer than any other man...and fine with it.
I mean...because he didn't really know!

In the real movie Jenny showed up 7 years later with a 5 year old boy saying it was Gump’s.

She was an evil woman who only gave Forrest the P. after she was completely ran thru and he became a millionaire.
