I was recommended by a MVP not to use the "old-fashioned (Win32)" way to deploy apps via Intune, but instead use the "modern (LOB)" way. I'm currently using Autopilot to enroll PC's and the docs says, you shouldn't mix Win32 and LOB apps as it could lead to errors. I've been in contact with MS and they say they're working on this issue and it's scheduled to be changed sometime this year. But in the mean time, I'm in need of deploying required apps that are a mix of both Win32 and LOB, so I see no other choice but to package everything as Win32. Regarding the Company Portal, does anyone know where to download it directly (not from the store), so that I can package that app as Win32 as well?
