Could this be used to filter that Fukushima plant water before it is released into the ocean?

I've spent the last few years reviewing technology that might allow for vast scale offshore cultivation of many crops with a focus on microalgae.

I've realized that fermentation of microalgae using a specific bacterium will generate ethylene and that a newly engineered microalgae can generate ethylene as a metabolic waste.

As such, a marine-grade photobioreactor made of high density polyethylene can become largely self-replicating at the basic materials level.

We likely need a largely self-replicating infrastructure to meet CO2 drawdown needs, renewable energy needs, as well as the need for a newer form of agriculture.

I have peer reviewed reference concerning this if needed.
