You don’t need to pick up one from a pair of expensive surgical sterile gloves just to make tourniquet. You can easily grab an examination glove, tear the most proximal ring of the glove by hand easily and wrap it around as it is. You don’t even need a scissor to cut.

Who uses latex for anything anymore? Good luck trying to find a latex glove in a pediatric hospital. Regular tourniquets work even on infants and neonates. Cutting a regular tourniquet in half lengthwise works also.
