I honestly think Bryan's is a bit better as it is a bit more versatile. It may have slower start up but it allows for follow up damage from just about anywhere whereas Paul's RA only gets follow up from a wall splat.

They are both very good and are pretty top tier rd's imo. But I think ultimately due to the damage potential you can get off Paul's rd, his is better. Although, Bryan's rd combo damage is not something to scoff at to be fair

Well it's tough to decide but Bryan's might be a little better than Pauls because Bryan launches and spikes! Where Paul just wall spats from distance. But Pauls RD can get a double wall splat if done correctly.

Bryan is more versatile, and can have more dmg overall... but plenty of things could go wrong.
