Summer drink menu: Tiki torch

The first drink in the summer drink menu at the porch cafe, Galveston is the Tiki torch. We use Bacardi, Sailor Jerry's spiced rum, Chambord, grenadine, pineapple juice, and coconut nectar. With a beautiful deep red color and a flaming blackberry garnish, it is a very special drink that is not only fun but is just the right drink to combat the Texas heat.
