I KNEW it was protein related, just minutes in!😀😥

I had all kinds of problems growing up, insomnia, schizophrenia, ADD, OCD, anxiety, depression, mania. Doctors never clued in. It wasn't until years of nutrition research on my own that I discovered I had hardly been eating enough protein most my life, therefore my body was hardly staying functional. Scants amounts of protein most days, constantly in protein deficit, just wasting away until holiday family meals where I would eat loads.
After discovering it was protein starvation, I gradually built up the strength to eat more red meat, and virtually everything ailment went away. I'm just left with all the PTSD that such starvation caused my body from being teased, degraded, terrified, taken advantage of, and near death my whole life. That has been remedied with SSRIs, which increases serotonin. Serotonin is naturally supposed to be created in the stomach when you're fed well, and I was not. It's no coincidence. So it's no surprise SSRIs are America's drug of choice, because few Americans understand food.

My dad had prions disease similar to this.. thankfully it wasn’t genetic but this disease is extremely devastating. Hope one day to find a cure. Great video!
