The Flash is the final Arrowverse series from The CW. Though some can argue that we still have Superman and Lois which have crossed over to the Arrowverse. That show actually exists in a parallel universe. So, Superman and Lois is an exception.

But if it wasn’t for Arrow, there wouldn't be The Flash. So it makes sense that in Flash Season 9, the final Season, we would get to see the return of Stephen Amell’s Arrow. But, who else is returning?
