Establish a system where us citizens provide a statement with video proof of the incident then the cops after reviewing would charge the cars owner with a traffic violation! It would reduce 60% of these issues!! By basically turning all us drivers into cameras with consequences!!!

Hov lanes can get confusing for out of state driver. We have Hov lane must have 2 or more during rush hour Mon to Friday. Other days it's OK, weekends is OK for solo driver. Unless it's a major holiday, the sign changes again . Then you have tolls, EZ Pass tags, No Change lanes, this confusion cause delays, accidents, traffic on our roads.
