Line 6 Mobile Keys Demo — Daniel Fisher

Daniel Fisher, Sweetwater's Director of Product Optimization, gives an overview and demo of the Line 6 Mobile Keys 49 and 25 Keyboard Controllers. It's compatible with MIDI via USB, and it even has a special cable allowing it to directly connect to iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad via the 30-pin connector.
The iPad in the video is supported by the new Gator G-ARM 360-DESKMT, a laptop deskmount articulating arm with many features and applications.

what are the functions of midi channel and program change pressing shift? I don't get it

Don't forget the adapter for the ipad / iphone cable if you using the new smaller standard. I'm not sure if line 6 has a new cable out to keep up. Otherwise the adapters work, no problems,  I got one from Sweetwater about a year ago. What is nice is the freedom not to be tied to yet another external power source and working with ipad, iphone and usb pcs.

Under Program, using it with my PC I can change effects by pressing Shift, Program, and enter a number.  Where can I get a list of effects by number?
