Government shutdown enters third week as Trump threatens to carry out shutdown for months

President Trump told reporters Friday he's willing to let the partial government shutdown last for months or even years. The comments came following a meeting with congressional leaders. The president also suggested he could build the wall without congressional approval by declaring a "national emergency." Mola Lenghi reports.

My two uncles who work for the Federal Government, live in NC and Georgia and who voted for Trump want to go back to work. Even they believe Trump is crazy saying that he might get it funded by calling it a national emergency. They admit now that voting for him was a mistake. Of course, they have been out of work now for two weeks. It's no fun for them or their families.
