I don’t know why. But I’m not scared of my own death but for the death of my loved ones, as a catholic I believe there is an after life. But still seeing my parents getting old make me so sad and angry. I need to God to help me through this

Get away from Christianity like I did and embrace being part of the natural world and the fear of death goes with it. There is no life after death as we know it, and that is ok.
