The realtor guy isnt accounting for layoffs, doesnt matter what the interest rate is if you lose your job and cant pay, you will lose your house.

What they didn’t mention is unless you have a credit score over 800 and an enormous down payment home mortgages have been over 6% for most Americans for a few months.

Why isn't the FED doing what they said and selling off mortgage back securities?

the federal reserve forced people from being home buyers to renters by raising the cost of buying a house. its a bad time to sell a house now. wait for the interest rates to go down, unless you want to sell on a discount to a shrunken pool of buyers, supply and demand my friend.

Nepotism, there is more people than your kids and grandkids, point blank period. Stop putting yourself first and think about the majority working class people.

Rates were 6.28% in June and are actually 6.33% today. You guys just follow the wrong sources.

Anyone who bought in the last two years will pretty much see half value soon

I feel bad for the 800K Herriman sardine homes that many bought out of fear and irrationality. Considering how the average UT household stays in a home for <10 years….goodluck selling that 800K 3 bed home (.25 acre) for more than the actual 300K. Maybe 400K pushing it. 🫠🫠🫠🫠
