Freedom of Speech in Philadelphia

A federal judge in Philadelphia ruled that the government may not present "expert" testimony that an advertisement claiming that the Quran promotes Jew hatred was false and thus not protected by the First Amendment. The court ruled that the government many not be the "arbiter of truth" when it comes to matters of public opinion.
