Video's great.. but i need to correct one thing, " Interest payment on loan" is counted in revenue expenditure and not in capital expenditure. "Loan repayment "is counted in capital expenditure as it reduces the government's liability.

When govt need huge amts of money for health problems why not stop cars for govt officers other than police and defense, stop vehicle by checking the last year utilization.
