I’ve heard that those refillable bottles are more prone to leakage and can go bad faster. Could be due to the fact that they aren’t crimped like other non refillable bottles.

Actually true however you need to pay for the refill depending on the perfume itself or cologne. They won’t do it for free.

Maybe after a zombie apocalypse we’ll all be able to refill our empty bottles by breaking into Malls in which case, I rather get the OG bottles, refills, the money, nice clothes, free food and all the goodies 😊. Louis Vuitton store does refill their fragrances, but for the other ones it's a case by case basis.
