Remember in episode 6 the Mayor say “Has *INEZ BLOOM* called again?”
Then the lady he was talking to responds “You mean about the old gates place?” Then the mayor nods..
THEN I realized that Wednesday was at the Old gates place that night!
So I think the stalker is Inez. I think the mayor hired Inez just to stalk Wednesday..
Lastly, Jenna Ortega (I think) said that it is someone completely different, someone who wasn’t really mentioned YET.. so I definitely think it’s Inez.
