man, $2300 seems pretty high. the truck itself is like $350, and I don't think a castle power system is gunna run you north of $700 unless you're running like a 6 or 8s system. the body is like $50, RPM suspension might run you a couple hundred if you replace ALL the suspension components. I think you might be exaggerating a bit.

Im in the process of building a very monsterous drag slash right now. I dont want to share many build plans as they are always changing but i should have it finished in about a month and would be happy to share with you then. Badass truck man.

So yeah dude, I picked up a 2wd vxl and I've already started to build it up. $2300 is a load of shit. I can swap to a complete castle powertrain for less than $500 and unless you're having someone custom make suspension components out of aircraft grade titanium, you did not spend anywhere near even $1000 on your truck.
