School district calls San Ysidro High School valedictorian’s claims ‘unfounded’

The speech included claims of a teacher being intoxicated and counselors being absent. After the harsh words were doled out, video of the speech quickly went viral.

Of course they will say "unfounded." They are going to do major CYA. I completely believe everything that young lady said in her speech. It takes a lot of courage to do what she did when she could have just gotten up there and said the same BS everyone expects.

That student was wrong to day all of that. Teachers and staff try to do the best they can let’s be understanding.
