Sweet Potato Nacho recipe

Here's what you'll need:
- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped tomato
- ½ cup chopped avocado

For the instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Cover and coat a pan with cooking spray.
3. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into rounds.
4. Toss the rounds with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
5. Spread them evenly on the pan.
6. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the rounds.
7. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until they are crispy.
8. Remove from the oven. Add the black beans and shredded cheese.
9. Bake until cheese melts then sprinkle with tomato and avocado.
