When you are generating a minecraft seed it's actually impossible to get a 12 eye, because the rsg seed range has none

To put in perspective how ridiculous that is you have to realize that the set seed world record is 1:32 so it's not even close to possible to sub 1 in any way in 1.16 rsg or ssg
