python - size of strings

Sir i didn't understand the seena example like
s - 1
e- 2
e - 3
m -4
a - 5
\' - ' - 6 (because its a escape sequence)
s - 7
p - 8
e - 9
n - 10
But sir yeh to 10 hi ban rahe mere sir plzz bta do 11 kaise kare.. I know mai koi galti kar raha hu bta do sir konsi galti kar raha hu... 🙏🙏🙏
