As much as Luke had the right to date and fall in love with Sherry, Manny also had the right to be angry.

There are times like this I wished Jay would tell Manny to man up. It had been several MONTHS in between episodes after the breakup happened and Manny was still acting like such a child about his ex girlfriend dumping him. It’s even more annoying because Manny has been like this with girls several times and still doesn’t learn that overdoing it will make your partner feel pressured. I was audibly going “oh no” during the episode where Manny proposed to Sherry and got outright rejected. As a man, why on earth would you put your partner on the spot like that? Getting publicly proposed in front of the entire family without consent? And Manny still doesn’t think he’s in the wrong because Gloria is being a terrible mother and coddling him and teaching him how to get her back instead of letting him ride out the breakup and get some decent character development out of it. I swear when Manny and Luke got older they got way more annoying and yet somehow never changed at the same time.

I feel like gloria is kinda in the wrong, because she's the one that involves luke in the first place.
She's the one that asked luke, and luke actually tries to help at first. And then she got the audacity to get mad at him.
Like if it's just manny that got mad i understand, but this and the episode after doesn't really acknowledge how gloria is the one that causes this whole conflict.
