Informative video, Guys. I did purchase the Eztension for my PM 1500. I use a the 1/2 inch 3 TPI blade from Highland Hardware. I found that the blade tension set using the 1/2 inch notch was way to loose, in fact the blade came off the saw when I tried to resaw. I checked the tension using a Lenox 62126 tension gauge and found that I needed to use the 5/8" notch on the EZtension to get 15, 000 PSI. That worked fine and was repeatable when repeatedly checked with the Lenox gauge. I now do use the Eztension gauge for that blade but will recheck with the Lenox when switching blades.

Interesting tool, I haven’t seen one of those. Ultimately I picked up a 682 Starett tension meter (buy once cry once). The Lenox Woodmaster CT blade works great on your saw for resawing.

I don't see the follow-up video on setting rollers, that you mentioned. Did you get to that yet, or am I just not finding it?

Hi Sedge. Can you talk about drill presses please and the power, how it relates to what size and type of drill bits can be used.

Awesome video Sedge, I learned a lot. But you are killing me here. LOL You gotta do this stuff on the cheap crappy band saws I could afford. The closest I am getting to a Harvey is a Wallbanger, nyuk, nyuk, nyuk.

Love your videos. I have been a woodworker for some time, but I still pickup new things watching your channel. Thanks and keep them coming. By the way, how long have you been using EZtension Bandsaw Tension Gauge? Have you used the Mini?

What about blade tracking, forward and aft, the blade teeth not running on the tires.
